How can you contribute
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of Antiverse. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, and leading strategic initiatives that align with our company's goals. This position requires a proactive, strategic thinker with a strong track record of success in business development and licensing, especially in the APAC region.
Day-to-day activities
Each day can look very different at Antiverse, with new priorities coming in quickly. Below is a rough outline of the work you'll be involved in
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners in the APAC region
- Outbound lead generation and development
- Deal generation via inbound and outbound leads
- Attend conferences
- Present Antiverse at events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, computational, wet lab, to support business development initiatives
- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's growth objectives
- Evaluate potential deals and business opportunities to assess their feasibility and alignment with company goals
- Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company
Who you are
- You have a degree in degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- You have experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success, especially with pharma partnering in the APAC region
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- You are curious, inquisitive, and agile. Our offering is relatively new, a lot of experimenting and research has led us to our current BD processes, we hope you can help us do more.
